You'll manage a small team, build strong relationships across the business, and engage with Directors and Deputy Director Generals. The work is well-paced and planned, with SLT approving the audit programme biannually.You'll have time to think strategically, support others to grow, and shape the team's direction. The senior leadership team is engaged and supportive, creating a positive environment where your work is valued.
