You'll love web content in all its forms and have a passion for continuously improving the user experience.This is currently a six-month contract based in Wellington, with scope for continuation depending on future needs.He angitūtanga: About the RoleThe TEC Content team is part of the Products & Channels Group. We achieve TEC's priorities through meaningful and effective engagement with target audiences including learners, job seekers and tertiary organisations. As a Senior Content Developer, you will be:
- guiding major content changes across our websites
- using your redirecting skills to help smoothly decommission a website and transition to a new one
- monitoring web performance using analytics tools and presenting insights to stakeholders to assist in decision-making
- working with our web developers, UX designers and business analysts to develop exciting new features
- doing day-to-day management of some of our websites, products and other digital deliverables as required.
- proven experience managing digital projects
- familiarity with managing product backlogs and working with developers and UX teams in an Agile environment
- highly-developed technical skills across a range of digital systems and tools (including Silverstripe, Google Analytics4, Hotjar, Azure Dev Ops etc)
- excellent written communication skills to develop clear content for our audiences, and great presentation skills.
