
Senior Content Developer

- guiding major content changes across our websites
- using your redirecting skills to help smoothly decommission a website and transition to a new one
- monitoring web performance using analytics tools and presenting insights to stakeholders to assist in decision-making
- working with our web developers, UX designers and business analysts to develop exciting new features
- doing day-to-day management of some of our websites, products and other digital deliverables as required
- proven experience managing digital projects
- familiarity with managing product backlogs and working with developers and UX teams in Agile environment
- highly-developed technical skills across a range of digital systems and tools (including Silverstripe, Google Analytics4, Hotjar, Azure Dev Ops etc)
- excellent written communication skills to clear content for our audiences, and great presentation skills
