Impact Gymsport Academy is a dynamic, community-driven gymnastics club offering programs for all levels - from fun and recreational through to competitive and high-performance athletes.We're proud of our strong team culture, athlete-first approach, and commitment to supporting both gymnast and coach development.About the Role
As our new Senior Coach, you'll play a key role in leading athlete development and shaping the future of gymnastics at Impact.You will:Lead and coach competitive and/or high-performance gymnastsMentor and support junior coachesHelp plan athlete pathways and term programsFoster a safe, inclusive, and positive environmentRepresent and contribute to our club culture and growthWhat You Bring
Proven experience in senior, competitive, or high-performance coachingGymnastics NZ (or equivalent) qualificationsA strong passion for athlete-centred coachingExcellent communication and leadership skillsA collaborative mindset and love of learningBonus Skills (Not Essential)
Experience in WAG, MAG, or trampolineRunning development squads or talent IDEvent or competition planningWhy Join Us?
