- Actively solicit significant gifts and bequest pledges.
- Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects with tailored engagement.
- Organise events and presentations to deepen donor connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and produce activity reports.
- Proven experience in donor stewardship, legacy fundraising, and making confident asks for significant gifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse communities.
- Solid understanding of fundraising principles, financial literacy, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to develop and deliver tailored fundraising programmes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and EEO principles, with empathy and cultural awareness.
- Self-motivated, well-presented, and comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team.
