As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Palmerston North Depot on Malden Street.Hours:Tuesday to Saturday 0600 to 1430About this role:

Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff
Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
Assist with customer queries
Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
Undertake vital administration tasks
Occasional travel in the region

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will:

Have intermediate level computer skills
Hold a valid full NZ drivers license - compulsory
Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
