If you have minimum 3 years' experience then this is an opportunity for you!The role works closely with Site Safety and Wellbeing Manager in the identification and application of local/business Safety and Wellbeing needs.The Safety & Wellbeing Advisor assists in supporting all levels of Site Management with technical and operational Safety and Wellbeing support/oversight.Develop strategies to reduce workplace injuries and costs.
Lead Return to Work and Injury Management activities.
Develop Risk Assessments and implement improvements identified.
Support team leaders and members in Safety Management System application.
Contribute to innovative solutions for injury reduction and safety optimisation.
Advise on safety improvements and regulatory compliance.

Tertiary qualification in Safety and/or related disciplines
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in site or Safety role
Sound knowledge of Safety Legislation and Regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
