We work with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the broader accounting team. We’re a large, complex organisation and the exposure you will have to our broader operations will provide an excellent education.You will find a copy of the .Ko koe tēnei | About youWe’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience:Accounts Payable - including systems integration of payable transactions, preparing and execution of daily payment runs.Employee expenses - including systems integration of credit card transactionsSupplier data management, including new and changes to suppliers’ dataExperience with large financial management systems - Ideally SAP/AIPEnsuring expenses and invoices comply with policies and rectifying any variancesUp-skilling of staff members on financial systems and processWe also look for a knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori; and a knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.Ko wai mātou | About usInvestment and Finance team is responsible for NZTA | Waka Kotahi's: financial management; performance reporting; business planning; and investment frameworks.
