As a Business Architect, you'll provide the strategic and integrative link between business strategy and the design and implementation of the ERM solution. You'll develop capability maps, model business operations, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and inform ERM system design to ensure our solutions fully support business outcomes.You'll work closely with enterprise, solution, and data architects, as well as programme and change leaders, to ensure cohesive planning, effective change management, and smooth transitions. Your work will be central to decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring our systems deliver long-term value.Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans
- Develop business capability models and value stream maps
- Model operating processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Provide input into ERM solution design and configuration
- Support decision-making through impact and benefit analysis
- Collaborate across business and IT domains to ensure alignment
- Facilitate workshops to align business needs with ERM capabilities
- Support business readiness, change management, and transition planning.
We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate high-level objectives into practical outcomes. You'll be confident engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and collaborating across technical and business teams. Ideally you will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Business Architecture certification (e.g. CBA®) or equivalent experience
- TOGAF® or similar enterprise architecture framework certification (desirable)
- 5+ years in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or business analysis
- Proven experience designing capability models, value streams, and operating models
- Experience translating strategy into operational and system requirements
- Background in large-scale transformation programmes, ideally involving ERP/ERM systems
- Strong business process modelling and value stream mapping expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to assess trade-offs and impacts of design decisions
- Familiarity with change management and transition planning.
