Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm | Company Ute ProvidedWe're looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our mid-sized transport team, managing fleet operations for one of New Zealand's most respected clients .This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate daily transport requirements, oversee a team of drivers, and ensure trucks are safe, compliant, and running smoothly. You'll also be the go-to person for keeping the fleet in top shape - from daily checks to scheduled servicing.What you'll be doing:
- Supervising drivers and ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
- Managing truck inspections, maintenance, and servicing schedules.
- Overseeing compliance with roadworthy requirements and heavy vehicle monitoring.
- Handling daily transport scheduling and operational admin.
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Proven experience in truck and fleet management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Solid knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Full, clean driver's license (Class 2 or higher desirable).
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, with occasional weekend calls.
