Ki te tī, ki te tā, ki te katoa – Anytime, anywhere, anyone.Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Team Administrator with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive administrative support to the Team Leader, Learning Support and wider team.This position involves a variety of duties such as:
  • Supporting ākonga to engage in their learning
  • Compile data and statistics for various reporting purposes
  • Maintaining files and information for Manager/Team
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, presentations and take minutes
  • Ensure all business runs smoothly
For this position, we offer a salary range starting from $$55,026 to a maximum of $65,337 per annum. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's unique combination of skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.Ko koe tēnei | About youAs this is a busy role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys building strong working relationships. As well as this, you will bring:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and other administrative technology
