- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating for service.
- Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, dining, and public areas.
- Wash dishes and sanitise kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and manual handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Experience in a similar kitchen or catering role preferred.
- Physically fit, reliable, and hard-working with a flexible attitude.
- Good communication skills and professional presentation.
- Able to pass a police clearance; NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) is a plus.
