- Monitoring compliance across the business, utilization of apps and spread sheets for data analysis, Sampling & testing.
- Preparing reports, Monthly and as when required
- Supporting the completion of key audits such as MPI and Waikato Regional Council consents.
- Health and Safety will also be part of your portfolio, from maintaining training and hazard registers to conducting inductions for new staff and assisting with WorkSafe audits.
- We need someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in juggling multiple priorities without losing focus on accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- While experience in farming or rural business is an advantage, it's your ability to bring structure and clarity to complex systems that will set you apart.
