- Craft change strategies in line with our organisational design principles, enabling business transformation
- Forecast talent trends and create solutions to maximise business outcomes
- Leading a generalist HR team in a large complex organisation
- Stakeholder management (executive leadership and working with unions)
- Business transformation and change projects
- Facilitation and coaching
- Knowledge of HR Agile (preferred)
- A relevant tertiary degree qualification
