People and Performance Business Partner

- Proven HR generalist experience (3-6+ years) in Senior Advisor or Business Partner roles. Experience in Construction or Manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Strong coaching mindset and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and support leaders at all levels
- Hands-on involvement in cyclical HR activities, from recruitment and performance management to remuneration and workforce planning
- Comfortable driving change initiatives and aligning people strategy with broader business goals
- Knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and their practical application for smarter decision-making
- Solid understanding of New Zealand employment legislation. Experience in unionised environments beneficial but not essential.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive and flexible approach to priorities
- Passionate about continuous improvement and always looking for opportunities to enhance how we work
