In this role, you will support the Infrastructure and Place division and wider AT teams to deliver best practice safety, health and wellbeing advice during a period of transformation and improvement.You'll be responsible for providing technical safety guidance, coaching senior leaders, evaluating hazards, and implementing sustainable risk management strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and contractor partners to uplift safety capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement across AT.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant experience within large-scale, complex performance-driven organisations.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and professional safety certification.
  • 8-10 years' experience in a specialist safety role, ideally within the Construction or Civil engineering industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSWA 2015 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading change programmes and safety initiatives.
