- Develop engaging advertising campaigns and brand collateral to support Farmers brand and sales strategy across all channels.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Farmers customer and Farmers brand.
- Ensure visual excellence and consistency across all material and communications that reflects the values, tone of voice and visual aesthetic of the Farmers brand.
- Ensure photographic art direction and styling of images for Farmers brands is on brief.
- Lead team of Designers/ Art Directors to deliver work to a high standard.
- Build strong relationships with internal peers and specialist teams that are trusted and collaborative e.g. Visual Merchandising, Marketing + Social, eCommerce, and Production.
- 15-20+ years of art direction experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or advertising agency.
- Campaign TVC concept and storyboard experience.
- Hands on experience with art direction of stills photography and image selection.
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Communications arts and design diploma/ degree or other relevant education/training.
- TVC/ Content/ Video/ Digital experience and knowledge. Thorough understanding of the concept and production process.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of projects.
