Project LeadWe are looking for a Project Lead to plan and coordinate the delivery of capital and operational projects across Council.We offer genuine opportunities for you to grow, lead, and help transform how we deliver for our community. You will be key in driving change and making a visible impact within the organisation and across the district.About you:Are you an experienced project professional ready to take the lead on meaningful initiatives? We're looking for a Project Lead with a strong background in project and contract management to drive the successful delivery of key projects outlined in our Council's Long-Term Plan.If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive on creating change, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent fulltime role.Ideally you will have:

Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
A strong track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion-ideally within local government or the wider public sector.
Extensive experience managing contractors and consultants, with a focus on delivering projects in complex regulatory and stakeholder environments.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, community groups, and elected officials.
Previous experience in local government is highly desirable.
Familiarity with civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
