- Significant experience in internal communications, ideally within large or complex organisations, along with a tertiary qualification in communications and/or corporate affairs.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to design and deliver effective communication strategies and campaigns.
- Proven experience advising and supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
- Confidence using a range of internal digital channels and tools to reach and engage staff.
- The ability to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and influence at all levels.
- A strong values-driven approach, with a passion for embedding culture and bringing people on the journey.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude — with resilience and a sense of fun when things get tough.
- Strong risk awareness and risk management skills, with the ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate communication risks.
