A strategy-led mindset, with the confidence to provide expert advice and support to senior leaders.
A proven track record in delivering impactful internal communications strategies and campaigns.
Experience leveraging internal digital channels and a flair for engaging storytelling.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to align communications to business strategy and embed organisational values into everything you do.
A team-first attitude — you'll support and uplift your colleagues, pitch in when needed, and bring curiosity, creativity, and a sense of fun to the workplace.

Significant experience in internal communications, ideally within large or complex organisations, along with a tertiary qualification in communications and/or corporate affairs.
A strong strategic mindset with the ability to design and deliver effective communication strategies and campaigns.
Proven experience advising and supporting senior leaders.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
Confidence using a range of internal digital channels and tools to reach and engage staff.
The ability to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and influence at all levels.
A strong values-driven approach, with a passion for embedding culture and bringing people on the journey.
A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude — with resilience and a sense of fun when things get tough.
Strong risk awareness and risk management skills, with the ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate communication risks.
Highly developed relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
