We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our Business Connect team, where you’ll play a critical role in bringing Chorus services to life for our customers. This isn’t just about order processing – it’s about interpreting complex customer requests, ensuring technical feasibility, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver right-first-time results. You’ll manage service orders end-to-end, identify and resolve roadblocks, and contribute to improving how we work every day.In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. From coordinating implementation plans to providing support for new team members and identifying process improvements, you’ll be a key part of a high-performing, customer-focused team. You’ll need to stay sharp – maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our products, processes and performance standards – and be comfortable balancing your own workload while supporting the success of the wider team. You'll be a confident communicator, able to juggle priorities, solve problems on the fly, and always keep the customer experience front of mind.To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery or provisioning processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical outcomes
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid time management and workload planning capabilities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
  • Strong commitment to personal development and continuous learning
  • Experience with telecommunications or service delivery is a bonus (but not essential)
