What You'll Be Working OnAs a DC Administrator, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our Distribution Centre. You'll be balancing frontline customer service with key administrative and logistical tasks to keep everything moving — from freight coordination and inventory support to home delivery bookings and clerical duties.What You'll DoDeliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersHandle customer service queries and home delivery coordinationSupport daily DC operations including stock transfers, order waving, and inventory controlAssist with financial processes such as invoice handling and supplier coordinationManage returns, documentation, and general admin support to ensure smooth operationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and operational policiesWhat Type of Person Will SucceedYou're the ideal candidate if you have:Experience in logistics or warehouse admin roles preferredExcellent communication skills – written and verbalStrong problem-solving and planning abilityIntermediate Excel skills (pivot tables a plus)You'll excel in this role if you:
