We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers.We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside.These are casual positions, working on an as and when required basis based in Palmerston North
We are looking for people who are empathetic, passionate support workers. You will be part of a small team who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to those who live and work in the home.Skills and Experience:

A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind
Previous work or lived experience
The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people
Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
Carrying out personal cares
Full NZ Driver Licence as part of your role will be driving a MASH van
