Our experienced interdisciplinary team uses a person-centred, strengths-based, solution-focused approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and their whanau/family.About the Role | He kōrero mō tēnei tūrangaThis is a contracting position for a registered Social Worker to join our team in Palmerston North.You will be working autonomously and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, within a best practice, person and family/whanau centred approach to assessment and rehabilitation.As a community-based Social Worker, you will have a real passion and dedication to all aspects of service delivery and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with your clients and their families.
