- Cannulate patient to administer IV therapy in the patient’s home
- Conduct other trial assessments as required e.g. collection of vital signs, weight, urine pregnancy test, collection and processing of blood samples, ECG, cognitive assessments
- Record adverse events and changes in medication history
- Accurately document procedures and data, scan and send documentation to trial team within strict timeframes
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure patient visits are conducted as scheduled
- Adhere to the trial protocol and clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Registered NZ Nursing License; legally able to work in NZ as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years post registration experience
- Current CPR certification
- Highly experienced in IV cannulation; experience with infusion pump
- Venepuncture experience
- ECG experience
- Confident working independently in patients’ homes
- Strong patient care focus and able to build rapport easily
- Accurate documentation skills – excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication, fluent in English, able to work effectively with a remote team
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with experience with Microsoft Office; own computer and mobile phone
- Full driving license and own reliable vehicle
