Project Engineers - Commercial Construction – AucklandI am seeking a number of highly skilled and motivated Project Engineers to join a leading contractor on major commercial construction projects in Auckland. This is a well-established national contractor with a track record of delivering high quality and innovative commercial build projects throughout New Zealand. Due to internal relocations these engineering positions will be part of the company's current projects and so they're looking for talented and committed engineers to join them now. This is an exciting time to join one of the few construction contractors with an extensive and secure pipeline of work ahead.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager with day-to-day site coordination and operations
  • Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of works
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
  • Ensure all works comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards
  • Promote and maintain strong health and safety practices on site
About You
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard
