- Proactively source and engage talent via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Ensure an efficient, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and role requirements
- Advise on recruitment strategies and provide guidance on best practices
- Present shortlists and support hiring decisions with confidence
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sourcing and recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in utilising technology solutions and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven experience operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role
