Inspired by Dr Rudolf Steiner's principles of anthroposophy, we seek to understand each person and situation as unique, not a one size fits all philosophy.About the RoleTasman House is located at the Hohepa Farm in Halswell, in this role you will be supporting Susan who enjoys many activities in the community such as arts and crafts, visiting local markets, horse riding and volunteering. Susan enjoys helping with cooking by preparing the vegetables and helping with the house chores. It is important for Susan to have a routine in place and consistency and being aware of any upcoming events in the community as she enjoys being apart the events!You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this person focussing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space. Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth. You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. You will be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community. Friday 4pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)
Saturday 7am - 4pm

Week Two

Thursday 4pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)
Friday 7am - 9am, 4pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)
Saturday 4pm - 10pm, 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)
