This role leads the development and delivery of high-quality, efficient national people policies, systems, and frameworks, supporting their implementation by Regional and District People teams.Key focus areas include:
Designing, developing, implementing, and assuring the Health NZ People Strategy in alignment with organisational priorities and goals.
Leading the refresh of a values-based organisational culture, with a focus on compassion and patient care that is responsive to individual and community needs.
Modernising systems and preparing the organisation for future workforces and ways of working.
Driving innovation across recruitment, talent management, industrial relations, payroll, and health & safety.
