Come join us and bring out your inner child!Job DescriptionJoin us for 22.5+ hours of fun each week at our Titahi Bay programme! Most of your time will be in our after-school sessions (between 2:30pm – 6:00pm), with the chance to help out in before-school sessions too (7:00am – 8:30am). There may also be opportunities for extra hours during school holiday programmes, depending on rosters.About the Role:
  • Responsible for sKids Programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.
  • Play an important role in ‘growing AWESOME kiwi kids’.
  • Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
  • Manage parent and school liaison
  • Manage & Oversee daily administrational tasks
  • Managing staff & your team members

QualificationsWe’re looking for someone who has,
  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspiring them, to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
  • Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
  • Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.
  • A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
  • A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
