Licensed for 80 children, we cater to both Under Twos and Over Twos across three thoughtfully designed classroom spaces. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated leader to guide our amazing team and continue driving excellence in early childhood education.About the RoleThis is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a fully registered teacher with proven experience in leading high-performing teams. As Centre Manager, you'll:

Build and nurture strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and staff
Influence the direction and culture of the centre
Support and grow your team through coaching and development
Lead with confidence, collaboration, and clarity
Ensure curriculum, planning, and compliance are delivered to the highest standard
