
Customer Service Representative

- Serving customers in person, by phone, and online
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving goods, data entry into inventory system, and stock control
- Maintaining tidy, well-presented product displays
- Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing
- Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts
- Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices
- Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
- Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Great communication and a team player mindset
- Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to get one)
- Permanent Monday to Friday hours with rostered Saturday mornings
