- Provide day-to-day project coordination and administration across large-scale initiatives
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Monitor and track project financials, budgets, and forecasts using advanced Excel skills
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth communication and progress updates
- Assist with governance processes, meeting preparation, and action tracking
- Proactively support the project team with whatever is needed to keep delivery on track
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in financial services or banking environments
- Exposure to enterprise-scale or government projects with multiple workstreams
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Experience managing project financials, tracking budgets, and reconciling spend
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- A proactive, “roll up the sleeves” attitude to get the job done
