- Lead the global quality function, setting direction and ensuring consistent delivery of standards across all sites.
- Develop and execute a global quality strategy, focused on governance, control, cost efficiency, and performance.
- Standardise and enhance risk and quality systems globally, embedding ownership, accountability, and best practice across the business.
- Establish robust Quality Assurance governance, including metrics and routines, with a focus on Cost of Quality and Cost of Poor Quality.
- Lead the global continuous improvement programme, integrating Lean, Six Sigma, and quality initiatives to drive efficiency and product excellence.
- Drive environmental and sustainability risk initiatives, aligned with ISO 14001 and evolving global ESG expectations.
- Oversee global quality budgeting and capital investment planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership, including the COO and Global Head of Manufacturing, to monitor performance, manage risk, and identify opportunities for innovation.
