The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahiThis is a permanent, part-time role working:
Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Week 2: Thursday and FridayAs a Support Worker on the Hauraki Mobile Team, you will have excellent time management and be:

Capable of self-managing a caseload of diverse clients living in the community.
Proficient in utilizing technology for efficient documentation management.
Skilled at working independently in the community, establishing networks with various stakeholders and services.
Regularly reporting to the direct line manager to ensure adequate support for the caseload.

You | Mōu

A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
Hold either the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us. We offer our staff significant support to complete this study.
Experience in working with young people and an understanding of trauma-informed care.
Both de-escalation skills and relationship building skills.
