Leading and motivating a team of expert luxury consultants to exceed sales and customer experience targets
Driving local marketing strategies, client events, and networking to grow your client base
Overseeing the smooth running of the business, including staffing, cost management, and operational excellence
Coaching and mentoring through monthly one-on-ones, identifying growth opportunities for each consultant
Building strong industry relationships and staying at the forefront of luxury travel trends
Delivering an NPS score that reflects world-class client satisfaction
