Your work will contribute to clients' frontline operations by delivering precise and comprehensive financial services aligned with their objectives.BenefitsOpportunities for professional development and career growthSupportive, collaborative team environmentOngoing training to enhance skillsWhat you will doMeet with customers to understand their lending needsApply lender criteria to customer requirements and prepare mortgage applicationsEnsure all applications meet compliance requirementsAssist clients and advisers with lender queries and mortgage approvalsLiaise with customers to ensure all documents are accurate and completeNegotiate interest rates and assist with loan rollovers and refixesMaintain relationships with lenders, aggregators, real estate professionals, and referral partnersStay up to date with industry regulations, lender policies, and market trendsDeliver exceptional service to build trust and long-term client relationshipsMeet or exceed sales and performance targetsIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong sales and relationship management skills, particularly in commercial lendingCertified in Financial Services - Level 5 (Lending Strand) - essentialMinimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending SpecialistProven sales success, business acumen, and high-performing mindsetClear communicator with strong presentation skillsOrganised, disciplined, and detail-orientedHigh ethical standards and professional integrityExperience in wealth management or financial advisory fieldsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelySelf-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, and resilientStrong interpersonal and team leadership capabilitiesInterested?
