Project Manager (German Speaking)

• Leading and developing a high-performing maintenance and engineering team
• Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
• Managing plant reliability, downtime and root cause analysis
• Budgeting, planning and project management (including capex)
• Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and industry standards
• Managing supplies and vendors, evaluating maintenance processes, and overseeing safety standards.
• Liasing with sister companies in Europe

• Tertiarydegree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• German speaking would be beneficial but not essential
• Solid experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing, processing, or industrial setting
• A strong grip on asset management systems and maintenance planning (bonus if you've worked with CMMS)
• A track record of improving reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering projects
• A proactive approach to Health & Safety - it's how you work, not a box to tick
• Practical, solutions-focused and commercially minded - you know how to balance people, performance and plant
