We have a short term Personal Assistant assignment for someone to step into while our client is working through their process of filling the permanent role.
  • Assignment - Immediate start, 4 - 6 weeks, with the possibility of being extended
  • Rate - $35 to $55 per hour plus 8% holiday entitlement
  • Office - Wellington Central location, office based only
Key Duties
  • Diary Management
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings
  • Event Management
  • Invoicing
  • Updating and maintaining key business applications
  • Manage and replay to incoming correspondence/inquiries
What we're looking for is
  • 2+ years PA experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, (higher proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint would be advantageous)
  • Experience working within a professional services/large corporate environment
