- Change that sticks - Champion and deliver change management strategies that embed employee experience into everyday work.
- Smarter leadership - Build frameworks, toolkits, and capability programs that elevate leadership and people practices.
- EVP with impact - Partner with Marketing & Comms to strengthen our employment brand, share authentic employee stories, and attract top talent.
- Data with purpose - Leverage insights and workforce analytics to inform decision-making, track trends, and support future workforce strategies.
- Belonging that matters - Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and belonging across the employee lifecycle, partnering with DEI stakeholders.
- Systems that enable - Develop and improve systems and processes that enhance the employee experience, working closely with Digital and vendor partners.
- Talent & attraction - Lead the Talent & Attraction Strategy, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure immigration accreditation compliance.
- Safety & wellbeing - Promote safe practices, wellbeing, and a strong health and safety culture across everything we do.About you:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring a balance of HR expertise, creativity, and fresh thinking to our team. A well-rounded HR generalist with experience at a business partnering level.- Skilled in change management and project delivery, with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
- Experienced in developing systems and enhancing processes to drive impact and efficiency.
- Able to see both the big picture and the finer details - someone who can balance strategy with delivery.
- Personable, fun, and solutions-focused and a great team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-trust environment.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives.
- Flexible and open to occasional travel across our 14 depots spread across the North Island as part of your role.What's in it for you?
