Employee Relations Business Partner

• Provide specialist employment relations advice to managers across Compass Group NZ.
• Manage union relationships and support collective bargaining processes.
• Collaborate with the ER Advisor to deliver timely and accurate support to employees and managers.
• Analyse labour turnover data and ER case logs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Draft and update policies, templates, and guides in line with legislative and case law changes.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Strong understanding of NZ employment legislation and 3-4 years of operational HR experience.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
