With exciting growth focused developments underway-including a major plant investment in Taupo-there's never been a better time to come on board.What You'll Be DoingAs our HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives and support our teams across our manufacturing, distribution, sales and support office functions around the country. Your responsibilities will include:

Employee Relations: Providing expert guidance and coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee wellbeing.
Learning & Development: Facilitating and delivering employee programmes that support career growth and capability building.
Change & Culture: Acting as a change agent to promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with our recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Experience: Championing initiatives that enrich the employee journey and foster engagement across all touchpoints.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in HR, partnering with leaders to deliver impactful people solutions.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
