This role sits within their commercial team working closely alongside another Business Controller/Finance Partner, as well as exposure to a highly competent CFO. In this role, no two days with be the same, as it has a wide scope of work. Some of your key responsibilities, will include:
- Budgeting and forecasting, including rolling monthly forecasts
- Extensive financial analysis and performance-related reporting
- Coordination of cost allocation and profitability analysis
- Monthly reporting and financial presentations to management, coordinating with countries and accounting teams
- Thorough analysis of complex data, preparing forecasts, reports and recommendations to inform management decision-making
- Partner with sales and operations to analyse and drive business performance
- Support business owners in the preparation and analysis of business cases
- Various other ad hoc tasks, as required
The ideal person will likely be studying towards or have recently completed your CPA/CA qualification. Given the nature of the role, you will be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels and disseminating information to non-finance people. Some of your key characteristics will include:

- Someone who is up for a challenge and capable of working under pressure

- Strong with systems, including excel, TM1 and Power BI
- A confident and calm communicator
