- Proven financial expertise - Over 10 years' experience in financial accounting, commercial finance, or business partnering within a complex, multi-entity environment, with a strong record of delivering measurable results.
- Strategic and commercial insight - Deep understanding of joint ventures, partnership-driven models, and complex ownership structures, with the ability to translate financial data into strategies that drive value and performance.
- Leadership that inspires - 3-5 years' experience leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent to deliver excellence.
- Advanced technical capability - Highly skilled in Excel and financial modelling, with experience using tools such as Tableau and navigating major ERP systems like Technology One, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or JDE.
- Insightful reporting and analysis - Expertise in developing robust business cases, complex financial models, and insightful management and board reports that simplify complexity and enable smarter, evidence-based decisions.
- Trusted business partner - Proven ability to collaborate with operational leaders across multiple sites or business units, providing actionable insights and driving improved financial and operational outcomes.
- Exceptional communicator - Confident in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively to senior leaders and boards, with a talent for creating meaningful commentary that supports key decisions.
- Professional credentials - A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with CAANZ (or equivalent) accreditation, or currently progressing toward it.
