About your new role:Our Auckland branch is looking for a Rental Coordinator to provide administrative support for our Short and Long Term Rental Forklift fleet.What you'll need to succeed:
  • Working in a rental or fleet management environment preferred
  • Customer Service focused
  • Strong administration & computer skills.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Mechanically minded
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
  • Customer quotations
  • Coordinating logistics and transport
  • Inventory management for Short Term Rental and used stock
  • Quality control and maintenance of the Short Term Rental fleet
  • Administration
