- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience in New Zealand and China markets with awareness of cultural factors impacting business in China
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
- Background in premium and luxury product markets (advantageous)
- Confidence in navigating uncertainty and establishing systems across organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
