Business Development Associate | Global Investment Manager

• Support business development activities by preparing presentations, marketing collateral, and fund profiles
• Assist with client coverage coordination, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns
• Maintain and update the firm’s CRM to ensure accurate client and prospect data
• Provide analysis and research on managed funds and competitor offerings
• Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events alongside senior team members
• Collaborate with colleagues in Australia and other offices, globally to share best practices and ideas

• Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in funds management or wealth management, in a distribution, investment advice, or client-facing capacity.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Interest in financial markets and desire to develop a career in sales or relationship management within funds management
• Experience with financial data platforms (e.g., Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Bloomberg) advantageous
