About the roleWe are seeking an experienced receptionist for a part-time role at our stunning, Crestwood village, located in New Lynn, Auckland. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support which enables effective service delivery for our Residents, staff, and visitors.This role available for 6 hours a week on Saturdays working 8.30 am to 3 pm.We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and passion for customer service to be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure a 'welcoming' atmosphere at our village reflects the service standards we excel at.Responsibilities will include:

Welcoming visitors and answering all calls in a professional and friendly manner.
proving general administrative support to the Village management and the team in general - you will be computer savvy and can pick up new systems quickly.
Take an active role in monitoring all relevant Health and Safety issues.
Ensuring the Reception area is kept neat and tidy.

About YouYou will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go 'above and beyond' in all you do. You have excellent 'all round' admin and computer skills, a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed.
