A full-time, fixed-term (ending 28 June 2026) Residential Support Worker position available at Zeisler House in Mount Wellington. This role involves providing both daytime and awake-night support for whaiora (clients) in a residential rehabilitation service, working with individuals who have a mix of diagnoses. You'll be part of a rostered shift system operating 24/7 to help guide clients on their journey toward recovery and independence in a safe and supportive environment.Community Support Worker (Permanent)
A full-time, permanent Community Support Worker position available at our ADHB NGO Partner Service in based in Ihi Ora, Grafton. This service provides vital advice and support to whaiora, specifically assisting them with accommodation needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting whaiora with appropriate NGOs to support their recovery journey. This role requires someone who is a team player, able to work under pressure, and has in-depth knowledge of mental health services and WINZ processes.He Kōrero Mōu | About YouWe are seeking compassionate, culturally responsive, and experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting others through their recovery journey. To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Level 4 Certificate in Mental Health Support Work or equivalent
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexibly across rostered shifts (24/7), including awake nights
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in challenging situations
A full, clean New Zealand driver licence
