Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with deep technical expertise and a passion for leadership? This is a unique opportunity to step into a consulting leadership role where your specialised knowledge and people skills will shape safety strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients and grow the capability of your team.This is not your typical internal H&S manager role. You'll be at the forefront of consulting, partnering with multiple organisations to elevate their workplace health and safety standards. If you thrive on variety, client engagement, and mentoring others, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic influence and hands-on impact. This is a fast-paced, diverse consulting environment where no two days are the same. This role is a mix of client facing and coaching and developing a team.About youWe're looking for a high-calibre leader who brings:
  • Advanced technical proficiency in health and safety, including audits and strategic insight.
  • Strong client advisory skills and confidence in board-level engagement.
  • Ability to design and implement practical, commercially sound, effective H&S solutions.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, in person and remote.
  • Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
