Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

Location: Christchurch, Invercargill Auckland, Tauranga or TaupoStep into a senior role where your expertise in health and safety will make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Health & Safety Consultant, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality advisory services to a diverse client base, ensuring compliance with legislation. You'll manage end-to-end client relationships, build your own portfolio, and deliver tailored solutions: from H&S plans and audits to wellness strategies, risk registers, and workplace investigations. This is a fast-paced, diverse consulting environment where no two days are the same.Beyond client work, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing the consulting team. Delegating tasks, reviewing client work, and providing constructive feedback to support growth.About youWe're looking for a trusted technical advisor who brings:

Advanced technical proficiency in health and safety.
Strong client advisory skills; confident leading projects and building relationships.
Ability to design and implement practical, commercially sound, effective H&S solutions.
